Energy Healing

This deeply healing session consists of two components. After a brief greeting, you will assume a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and I will connect with your energy field to read any information that it wishes to release for your healing at that time. Following this, I will share my reading with you as well as any messages and guidance. You are also encouraged to share your experience and any feedback; however, it is not required. This session is designed for you to reach a highly receptive state and trust in the healing power of your energy body. After the session, you are encouraged to journal and ask questions to optimize the long-reaching benefits of healing. Should you wish to continue exploring your energy and build on the findings of this session, you will have the opportunity to continue working with me in a consulting or coaching capacity.
