Colour Therapy

This energy healing session involves the use of crystals and special lights to improve your energetic well-being. Conducted as an appointment via Zoom, there will be a brief discussion of your energetic needs, after which you will remain in a lying down or seated position for the duration of the session and drink a glass of water after the session to ground the energy.
